Yogurt Masala

 

mix 1 1/2 cups yogurt (nonfat, plain) with 3/4 cups water.

mix with 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt

mix with a fork or whisk until smooth.

 

Let cool down in refrigerator for 1 hour

 

serve with a side dish of fruit, such as any berry, grapefruit, orange, etc.

Bananas are not recommended, they may block Apana Vayu, causing constipation.
