Drawing upon over forty centuries of practice and philosophy, the yoga tradition offers a means for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

The Center offers programs in all aspects of yoga practice and philosophy. It is a non-profit, volunteer organization which is supported by members and class fees.
