Pandit Dabral is Coming toMinneapolis

 

 

MANTRA: Advancing Your Practice and Meditation.

In this special seminar with Pandit Dabral you will learn thehistory, meaning, and use of mantra in the yoga tradition. Classsessions will combine meditation practice and asanas with lecture,discussion and the use of Swami Veda's seven tapes from his homestudy course. 10 hours of rental tapes for further home study is alsoincluded.

Practical Teachings from the Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad Gita systematically teaches us the way to gain peaceand happiness in the middle of the challenges of life. In thisseminar, Pandit Dabral will cover the nature of mind, karma andreincarnation, and the practice of yoga and Vedanta.

Morning Group Meditation

All are welcome to come and join us in a silent group meditation.Offered every Thursday and Sunday. Doors are open between 6 to 7am.

 

Sunday Afternoon "Asana as Meditation"

Experience a new depth, flow and awareness of asana that naturallyleads to a meditative state. This new on-going class will explore thesubtleties of asana by combining breath, movement, awareness andstillness.

Sunday Afternoons, Cost $ 15 per session.

Sunday Bhagavad Gita Study Group

The teachings and philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita serve as apractical and inspirational guideline for one to live in the worldjoyfully. This group-study and discussion of the Bhagavad Gita willprovide for an opportunity of sharing and insight. Mr. MaheshMangalick, who has been teaching and giving talks on the BhagavadGita for many years, has kindly offered his services in facilitatingthe discussion and insught for all who attend.
